I am tracking distressed property activity in south Placer county, and this is the most recent report. There are currently 157 properties in one stage or another of foreclosure. Roughly 25 are bank owned; the balance has notice of default filed against the property. Since I started tracking distressed property activity in June, I have seen the numbers increasing.
